• Our Mentors help persons with decision making, promotions, goal setting business goals and direction.Some persons need someone to listen to their aspirations, their plans , concerns and challenges .  We seek to point them in the right direction. Our mentoring program is done on an individual confidential basis. It is substantive,giving  guidance and  instructions to both  current and prospective business owners. It involves a process of in-depth , substantive two-way communication between the client and counselor. Areas cover  include how to start manage or growing a small business in Jamaica.
• The goal of counselling is to increase the management capability of the business owner and is an educational process.
